文化全球化趋势的凸显,使文化在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出。在以西方发达国家为主导的全球化背景下,文化的全球化对广大发展中国家的文化主权构成了极大的威胁。提高建设社会主义先进文化的能力,应把握好先进文化的前进方向,实施好“三贴近”,贯彻好“三创新”,运用好“双百方针”。
