利用心阻抗仪、多导生理记录仪与Z_(80)单板机等组成检测系统,实现阻抗、心电、心音三路信号的特征点抽取、计算及打印出诊断所需的27项心功指标,经81例心血管患者的临床验证表明,微机检测结果与人工计算有极好的相关性(r>0.8)。且能避免繁琐的计算和人为的误差,消除呼吸因素的影响。
The cardiac impedance meter, multi-channel physiology recorder and Z_ (80) single-board computer are used to form the detection system to extract the characteristic points of the three signals of impedance, ECG and heart sound, calculate and print out 27 heart functions Indicators, the clinical validation of 81 patients with cardiovascular patients showed that the computer test results and manual calculations have an excellent correlation (r> 0.8). And to avoid tedious calculations and human error, eliminate the impact of respiratory factors.
