34例白血病前期患者,符合 FAB 分类法中原始细胞过多性难治性贫血的诊断标准,均有贫血,24例伴有粒细胞减少,23例伴有血小板减少。骨髓增生活跃,原始及早幼粒细胞占粒系统的6～38%(其中12例≥12%)。初次诊断后,每例患者均作血象及骨髓象常规检查,~(59)Fe 摄取率,骨髓粒系祖细胞(GM-CFu-C)培养及~(99m)Tc-Se(硫化碍)和~(111)In-转铁蛋白(~(111)铟)骨髓闪烁照相。骨髓闪烁照相的方法为:~(99m)Tc-Se2mCi 静注,20分钟后扫描,扫描终
34 cases of pre-leukemia patients, in line with the FAB classification of primordial cells refractory anemia diagnostic criteria, have anemia, 24 patients with neutropenia, 23 patients with thrombocytopenia. Myeloid hyperplasia is active, the primordial and promyelocytic cells accounting for 6 to 38% of the granular system (12 cases ≥ 12%). After the initial diagnosis, blood samples and bone marrow were routinely examined in each patient.
