贵州省位于云贵高原东部,地形复杂多样,省内高速公路纵坡陡,距离长,沥青混凝土路面车辙病害严重,尤其是长上坡路段。为提高沥青混凝土路面中面层抗车辙性能,寻求适宜于本省气候、交通和经济特点的沥青混合料类型,本研究以旋转压实试验为基础,采用车辙、汉堡车辙、加速加载及冻融劈裂等试验,综合评价SUP20沥青混合料(SBS改性沥青、岩沥青改性沥青、50号沥青、70号沥青以及矿物纤维)和SMA20改性沥青混合料,在不同温度、荷载条件下的抗车撤性能和抗水损性能,研究表明Sup20粗级配在添加改性沥青、岩沥青改性沥青及50号沥青时具有良好的抗车辙性能和水稳性,高温重载长上坡沥青混凝土路面沥青高温性能可采用PG70标准,宜通过70℃车辙试验和汉堡车辙试验来准确评价沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。
