21世纪全球经济一体化将对旅游业产生重大影响。随着旅游业的蓬勃发展,培养出符合社会需求的旅游管理人才成为旅游管理专业的首要任务。而教学模式作为教学活动进程的稳定结构形式,是保证教学质量的重要因素之一。论文主要从培养目标,课程设置,师资力量,评价与考核四个方面分析当前国内外旅游教育教学现状,并对比英国旅游教育教学模式的成功范例,分析我国目前旅游教育教学模式中所存在的问题,吸取国外先进经验的同时结合我国国情和各院校具体情况提出改善我国旅游教育教学的策略。
Global economic integration in the 21st century will have a significant impact on tourism. With the vigorous development of tourism, it is the most important task to cultivate tourism management talents that meet the needs of society. The teaching mode, as a stable structure of teaching process, is one of the important factors to ensure the teaching quality. The dissertation analyzes the current situation of tourism education both at home and abroad from the aspects of training objectives, curriculum setup, faculty strength, evaluation and assessment, and compares the successful paradigm of tourism education in England with the analysis of the current problems in tourism education in China , Drawing on advanced foreign experience at the same time with China’s national conditions and the specific conditions of colleges and universities put forward to improve China’s tourism education and teaching strategies.
