患者,女,27岁,因“发现外阴赘生物2年,渐增大2月”于2014年4月2日收入院。患者2年前发现外阴有一直径约0.5cm大的赘生物,凸出皮肤,表面光滑,与外阴皮肤同色,局部无触痛,无红肿,月经来潮前略感胀痛。近2月前自感外阴赘生物较前明显增大,无触痛。入院妇检:外阴发育正常,左侧大阴唇下方见一约3.0cm×2.0cm大赘生物,边界清晰、质硬、形态不规则,局部无红肿破溃,表面光滑,与外阴皮肤同色。超声示:外阴左侧皮下见一约3.0cm×2.0cm×1.5cm大的异常回声团,
