在我国的教育体系中职业教育是重要的组成部分,并且随着社会的发展,社会和国家加强了对于职业教育的重视。中职的学生具有文化程度较弱的特点,这就要求从事中职教育的老师应该从各个方面加强对于学生的教育。中职的学生阶段是形成学生人生观、价值观、世界观的重要阶段,要加强对于学生的引导和教育,这样才能够让学生可以有正确的人生轨道。中职班主任在学生的管理工作中是重要的方法,应该把法制教育融合到班主任的日常管理中,加强学生的法制意识。从而让学生在生活和学习中积累法律知识,自觉的遵守规范和法律,实现健康的成长过程。
Vocational education is an important part of our education system. With the development of society, society and the state have strengthened the emphasis on vocational education. Secondary vocational students have the characteristics of a weak degree of education, which requires teachers engaged in secondary vocational education should be strengthened in all aspects of education for students. Secondary vocational students in the formation of the students life outlook, values, the world’s an important stage, to strengthen the guidance and education for students, so as to enable students to have the right track of life. Secondary vocational school teachers in the management of students is an important method, legal education should be incorporated into the class teacher’s day-to-day management, and strengthen students awareness of the legal system. So that students can accumulate legal knowledge in life and study, and consciously abide by norms and laws to achieve a healthy growth process.
