目前某基层人民法院受理了一起兄弟三人分割父母遗产的诉讼。其基本案情是:兄弟三人的父母20年前先后病故,遗留一所房产和部分家具什物。从其父母病故后,即继承开始至今20余年中间,这三位法定继承人谁都没有提出分割父母遗产的要求,同时,也都没有表示放弃继承权。目前,他们三位法定继承人,自行协商分割其父母的遗产,因未达成协议而诉讼到某基层人民法院。
At present, a grassroots people's court has accepted a lawsuit involving a brother and three people who separate their parents' inheritance. The basic case is: parents of brothers and three have died twenty years ago, leaving a real estate and some furniture items. Since the death of their parents, that is, more than 20 years after the succession of their inheritance, none of the three legal heirs proposed the requirement of splitting their parents' inheritance, nor did they show any abandonment of their inheritance rights. At present, their three legal heirs negotiate and separate the legacy of their parents and sue to a grassroots court for failing to reach an agreement.
