我國檢察機關是國家法律監督機關,依法承擔著對刑事訴訟、民事訴訟、行政訴訟實行法律監督的重要職責。檢察法律文書,是人民檢察院為實現其法律監督職責,依據法律規定所製作的具有法律效力的司法公文。作為人民檢察院依法實施各項訴訟行為的重要書面憑證,人民檢察院及其檢察人員進入每一道訴訟程序、進行相關的訴訟行為,均應制作相應的法律文書,以保證其行為的合法和有效。由於法律文書是司法行為的重要的、具體的、客觀的體現,
