“三农”问题是关系新农村建设的重大问题,农民是建设新农村的主体,没有农民综合素质的提高,就没有农业和农村经济的新发展,社会主义新农村建设也就缺乏根本支撑。在当前我国的社会转型时期,农民素质教育直接关系新农村建设的成败。因此,发展农村教育,打造新型农民,提高广大农民的综合素质成为促进农村经济可持续发展的关键,也是社会主义新农村建设的实现前提和保障。
The issue of “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” is a major issue concerning the construction of a new socialist countryside. Peasants are the main body for building a new countryside. Without the improvement of the overall quality of the peasants, there will be no new development of agriculture and the rural economy, and there will be no fundamental foundation for building a new socialist countryside support. In the current period of social transformation in our country, peasants’ quality education has a direct bearing on the success or failure of building a new socialist countryside. Therefore, developing rural education, building a new type of farmer and improving the overall quality of the vast number of peasants become the key to promoting the sustainable development of the rural economy and the premise and guarantee for the new socialist countryside construction.
