以烷基酚 ,甲醛及脂肪醇为原料 ,氢氧化钾为催化剂 ,在 1 1 0~ 1 50℃ ,0 .5MPa条件下与 EO、PO分别合成了 AR和 SP破乳剂。采用瓶试方法其复配物 SH 88破乳剂对聚合物 /碱复合驱采出液脱水率达到80 %。
Using alkylphenol, formaldehyde and fatty alcohol as raw materials and potassium hydroxide as catalyst, AR and SP demulsifiers were synthesized respectively with EO and PO at 110 ~ 150 ℃ and 0.5MPa. Using the bottle test method, its compound SH 88 demulsifier has a dewatering rate of 80% for the polymer / alkali composite flooding recovery fluid.
