工程车线束因市场需求增加,原有作坊式生产已不能满足市场需求,临时措施是让作业员加班延点来完成生产任务,线束制造企业需要新工艺来通过生产瓶颈。通过对产品生产过程进行分析,部分线束制造企业引进了自动化设备,调整传统工艺来提高产能满足市场需求。同时,新工艺的出现大幅降低产品外部质量反馈,得到客户一致好评。
Due to the increasing market demand, the existing workshop-type wiring harness can no longer meet the market demand. The temporary measure is to allow the workers to work overtime to complete the production task. The harness manufacturing enterprises need new technology to pass the bottleneck of production.
