我在日本研修期间实习过黄瓜嫁接。现在日本温室黄瓜的嫁接率达90%以上,嫁接方法有靠接和串接,由于靠接具有要求南瓜和黄瓜的下胚轴的茎粗一致,育苗时很难掌握,接后还要缠条上夹子,接活后还得切断黄瓜根和解除接口的缠条和夹子,接位低或断根不利索枯萎病菌仍可侵染黄瓜等缺点,近几年来日本菜农越来越多地使用串接法嫁接黄瓜,串接后枯萎病菌不易侵染,成活率高又不必缠条和上夹子,值得我国学习和推广普及。
