龙永图选秘书原外经贸部副部长、现任博鳌亚洲论坛秘书长龙永图在中国入世谈判时曾选过一位秘书。当龙永图决定选该人当秘书时,全场哗然,因为大家都认为这个人根本不适合当秘书。在众人眼中,秘书都是勤勤恳恳,少言少语的,讲话很少,做事谨慎,对领导体贴入微。但是龙永图选的秘书完全不是这样。他是一个大大咧咧的人,从来不会照顾人,每次龙永图和他出国,都是龙永图走到他房间里说,请你起来,到点了。对于日程安排,他有时甚至不如龙永图清楚,原本9点的活动,他却说9点半,经过核查,十有九次他是错的。
