目的:研究红景天多糖对2型糖尿病大鼠糖代谢及TNF-α的影响。方法:采用2型糖尿病糖尿病大鼠模型,检测血糖、胰岛素、肝糖原与肌糖原及TNF-α,初步阐明红景天多糖降血糖的作用及机制。结果:红景天多糖高剂量组(80mg/kg)、中剂量组(40mg/kg)与低剂量组(20mg/kg)均具有一定的降血糖作用,尤其是高剂量组降糖率达到40%,并能显著升高2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素、肝糖原含量与肌糖原含量,降低TNF-α的作用。结论:红景天多糖降低血糖的作用机制可能与改善糖代谢及减轻炎症反应,改善IR有一定的关系。
Objective: To study the effects of Rhodiola rosea polysaccharide on glucose metabolism and TNF-α in type 2 diabetic rats. Methods: The type 2 diabetes mellitus diabetic rat model was used to detect blood glucose, insulin, glycogen and muscle glycogen and TNF-α, initially clarify the hypoglycemic effect of Rhodiola polysaccharide and its mechanism. Conclusion: The mechanism of action of Rhodiola polysaccharides to reduce blood sugar may be related to improving glucose metabolism, reducing inflammation and improving IR.
