一、概述病例工程的涵义:即病人输入医院后,医院赋予的医疗服务活动的总体过程。质量(Quality)一词来自拉丁qualis即本性的意思。是一种产品或一项服务工作的优秀程度。病例工程质量是指对某一病人赋予的医疗服务工作的优劣程度。
1. Outline the meaning of the case project: The overall process of the medical service activities granted by the hospital after the patient enters the hospital. The word “Quality” comes from the Latin qualis meaning. Is the degree of excellence of a product or a service job. Case project quality refers to the degree of merit of the medical service given to a patient.
