Objective: To study the clinical significance of sweat gland duct in nail fold microcirculation. Methods: Olympus microscope combined with closed-circuit television system was used to observe the sweat gland duct in patients with nail fold microcirculation. Results: Sweat glands were found in the nail fold microcirculation of 41 diseases. In 19 cases of 16 diagnosed cases and 1947 cases, it was found that there were 308 cases of sweat gland duct in the nail fold microcirculation. Among them, more respiratory diseases and gum diseases (more than 80%) were found; less (less than 15%) were found in cerebral infarction, coronary heart disease, diabetes and hypertension. CONCLUSION: Sweat glands are found in the microcirculation of nail fold in many diseases, especially respiratory and mesenchymal diseases. The absolute number of sweat glands is significantly more than the normal standard in the clinical microcirculation test manual.
