本文针对成都市“锦江198·LOHAS绿道”的使用情况,研究了其使用特征和使用者满意度。使用特征方面从使用者自身特征和使用情况特征入手,得到了人们在绿道使用中的一般情况。使用者满意度方面通过实地调研和问卷调查统计,说明了使用者对此绿道整体满意程度较好,通过因子分析得到了影响使用者满意度的主要因素,依次为配套设施、服务设施、活动场所、绿化环境、通达性。最后,针对以上分析总结,对绿道工程以后的发展建设提出了建议和意见。
According to the usage of “Jinjiang 198 · LOHAS Greenway” in Chengdu City, this paper studies the characteristics of its use and user satisfaction.
