激励是指管理者以认识和理解员工内在心理活动的一种方法.激励的方式主要有以下两种:外在的激励方式:薪酬、福利、晋升、表扬、嘉奖、认可等;内在的激励方式:学习新知识和新技能的责任感、光荣感、胜任感和成就感等。外在激励方式虽然能显著提高效果,但不易持久,处理不好有时会降低工作情绪;而内在的激励方式,虽然激励过程需要时间较长,但一经激励,不仅可提高效果,且能持久。本文从经济管理创新中的激励机制的方法与应用进行探讨。
Incentives are a means by which managers recognize and understand the internal psychological activities of employees. There are two main types of incentives: extrinsic incentives: pay, benefits, promotion, praise, recognition, recognition, etc. Intrinsic motivation : Responsibility, glorification, competence and sense of accomplishment in learning new knowledge and new skills. Although the external stimulus can significantly improve the effect, it is not easy to sustain and the bad treatment sometimes reduces the work emotion. The internal stimulus, although the stimulating process takes a long time, can not only improve the effectiveness but also prolong the stimulus. This paper discusses the methods and applications of incentive mechanism in economic management innovation.
