随着我校英语课程改革的不断深入,小学英语的教与学也相应地发生了一系列的变化,教育个性化开始受到更多的关注,结合我组教师多年来的教学经验和观察,我们从学生的学习动机,学习感知风格,学习行为习惯进行比较,分析学生在英语学习上的群体差异,在进一步的分析现象的过程中,了解引起差异的相关影响因素,从而对教师采取相应的教学策略起到一定的指导作用,更加科学合理的评价学生学习,促进学生全面发展。
