5月20日,第二十七次全国助残日活动启动仪式在淮南市体育馆广场举行。今年的助残主题是“推进残疾预防,健康促进小康”。活动当天,淮南市四院的医务工作者们向前来咨询的市民讲解了有关精神健康和精神疾病预防、精神病人的家庭护理和心理卫生方面相关知识,介绍了该市重性精神病管理项目的相关知识及惠民政策,发放了《重性精神病防治健康手册》和精神、智力残疾相关说明宣传单各100余份,展示了自闭症预防宣传板牌,受到了市民的欢迎。
