8例次晚期恶性肿瘤(其中1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病)病人进行超常剂量联合化疗,辅以超低温(-196℃)冷冻保存自身骨髓移植。化疗后造血机能恢复迅速。8例患者中有6例获得完全或部分缓解,为难治或晚期恶性肿瘤病人提供了一个新疗法。
Eight patients with advanced malignant tumors (including 1 acute promyelocytic leukemia) were treated with super-dose combined with chemotherapy, supplemented by ultra-low temperature (-196 ℃) cryopreservation of their own bone marrow transplantation. Hematopoietic function after chemotherapy rapid recovery. Six of eight patients achieved complete or partial remission, providing a new therapy for refractory or advanced malignancies.
