本实验以高频心电图为指标,观察了糖尿病人(n=46)、正常人(n=61)和冠心病人(n=58)六个导联 QRS 波群的高频成分。结果表明:1.糖尿病组高频切迹数(2.37±1.72)与正常组(0.87±0.94)和冠心病组(3.57±2.09)均有显著差异(P<0.01)。2.未发现糖尿病人的高频切迹均数与性别、年龄、血糖浓度及病程的相关关系。研究提示:高频心电图是糖尿病患者早期心肌损伤无创性检测的辅助手段。
In this study, high-frequency electrocardiogram as an index, observed in high-frequency components of six lead QRS complex of diabetes (n = 46), normal people (n = 61) and coronary heart disease patients (n = 58). The results showed that: 1. The number of high frequency notch (2.37 ± 1.72) in diabetic group was significantly different from that in normal group (0.87 ± 0.94) and coronary heart disease group (3.57 ± 2.09) (P <0.01). 2. Not found in diabetic patients with high-frequency notch number and gender, age, blood glucose concentration and duration of the correlation. Research Tip: High-frequency electrocardiogram is an adjunct to non-invasive detection of early myocardial injury in diabetic patients.
