2003—2009年我科共收治60岁以上肠梗阻68例,其中大肠癌并急性肠梗阻45例,全组病例经手术治疗后病理证实,现将治疗情况报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料:本组45例,男性25例,女性20例,年龄60～87岁,平均72岁。1.2临床表现:肛门停止排气排便1周以上者17例,1周以下者28例;梗阻前有大便习惯改变或便血者34例,无明显大便习惯改变或便血者11例;8例有腹部包块,7例出现腹膜刺激征,入院后所有患者均有腹痛、腹胀,所有急诊
