目的 :探讨新生儿机械通气并发症的防治方法 ,降低危重新生儿的病死率。方法 :根据机械通气使用气管导管、呼吸机类型的不同 ,防治并发症措施的不同将 1994~ 1999年间机械通气患儿分两组 ,1994~1996年患儿为Ⅰ组 ,1997~ 1999年患儿为Ⅱ组。结果 :Ⅱ组患儿并发症发生率及病死率均低于Ⅰ组 (χ2 =2 5 5 37,P <0 0 0 1;χ2 =37 5 2 7,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :机械通气时 ,加强气道护理 ,严格遵守无菌操作规程 ,密切监测生命体征 ,根据血气及时调整呼吸机参数 ,使用对机体刺激性较轻微的气管导管 ,适当应用血管活性药物改善微循环 ,能有效地降低机械通气并发症的发生率 ,从而降低新生儿病死率
Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment of neonatal mechanical ventilation complications and reduce the mortality of critically ill newborns.
