目的：探讨小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将漯河市第二人民医院2013年10月至2015年4月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者100例随机分为实验组与对照组，每组50例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，实验组患者在对照组基础上加服小剂量左甲状腺素钠片，比较两组患者的治疗效果与心功能指标情况等。结果实验组患者显效率、总有效率显著性高于对照组，无效率显著性低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）；实验组患者恶化率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；实验组患者治疗后 LVEF、SV、CI、VE/ VA 水平显著高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义（P <0.01）。结论小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效显著，具有借鉴性。“,”Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of small dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets on adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods From October 2013 to April 2015,one hundrad patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional ther-apy,and the patients in the experiment group were given small dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets in ad-dition.
