采用2个时期,3个BAU-9403使用剂量添加表面活性剂MON 8161的二因素随机区组设计,分析研究了它们诱导小麦雄性不育的效果和对小麦生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1) 所有处理均能诱导小麦产生100%的雄性不育率; (2) 0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161处理的自然(人工) 授粉结实率最高,分别为65.3%和37.6%,但与其它剂量间差异并不显著;(3) 0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161处理对株高、穗下节长、穗长、小穗数、千粒重和发芽率等的影响明显小于0.75kg/hm2+MON 8161和1.00kg/hm2+MON 8161两个剂量。因此,0.50kg/hm2+MON 8161的使用剂量为佳。
The two BAU-9403 two-period randomized block design with MON 8161 was used to study the effect of wheat-induced male sterility and wheat growth and development. The results showed that: (1) All treatments could induce 100% male sterility in wheat; (2) The natural (artificial) pollination rate of 0.50kg / hm2 + MON 8161 was the highest, which were 65.3% and 37.6% But no significant difference with other doses. (3) The effect of 0.50kg / hm2 + MON 8161 on plant height, spike length, spike length, spikelet number, 1000-grain weight and germination rate was significantly less than 0.75kg / hm2 + MON 8161 and 1.00 kg / hm2 + MON 8161 in two doses.
