目的研究与观察血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-h CG)、急性时相反应蛋白(α1-AT、α1-AG及CRP)和新嘌呤(Npt)水平在足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染诊断中的价值。方法选取2014年1月-2016年11月该院收治的50例足月胎膜早破孕妇为观察组,另选取同时间的50例正常足月孕妇为对照组,比较两组血清β-h CG、α1-AT、α1-AG、CRP、Npt水平及阳性率,比较观察组中羊膜感染者、无感染者及不同感染程度者的检测结果,并采用Logistic回归分析上述研究指标与足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染的关系。结果观察组血清β-h CG、α1-AT、α1-AG、CRP、Npt水平及阳性率均高于对照组,观察组中羊膜感染者高于无感染者,感染较重者高于感染较轻者,且Logistic回归分析显示,上述血清指标均与足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染有密切关系(均P<0.05)。结论血清β-h CG、α1-AT、α1-AG、CRP及Npt水平在足月胎膜早破孕妇羊膜感染诊断中的价值较高,对于感染的存在及感染严重程度的了解均有积极的临床意义。
Objective To study and observe the relationship between serum β-hCG, acute phase reaction protein (α1-AT, α1-AG and CRP) and neptin (Npt) The value of amniotic infection in the diagnosis of pregnant women. Methods From January 2014 to November 2016, 50 pregnant women with full-term premature rupture of membranes in our hospital were selected as the observation group. Fifty normal pregnant women of the same period were selected as the control group. The serum levels of β-h CG, α1-AT, α1-AG, CRP, Npt levels and positive rate were compared between the observation group amniotic membrane infection, non-infected persons and different levels of infection were detected by Logistic regression analysis of the above indicators and full-term fetal Relationship between amniotic membrane infection and premature rupture of membranes in pregnant women. Results The serum level of β-h CG, α1-AT, α1-AG, CRP, Npt in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The amniotic membrane in the observation group was higher than those in the non-infected group. Light, and Logistic regression analysis showed that these serum indicators were associated with amniotic membrane infection in preterm premature rupture of membranes (all P <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of β-h CG, α1-AT, α1-AG, CRP and Npt are of high value in the diagnosis of amniotic infection in term preterm premature rupture of membranes, both positive for the presence of infection and the severity of infection Clinical significance.
