引入理事会制度,是我国公共图书馆管理体制改革的必然选择。本文主要从图书馆建立理事会制度的必要性、基本特征及我国实行图书馆理事会制度的注意事项几个方面进行了阐述,展现了国内图书馆理事会制度的现状并对发展做了展望。
The introduction of council system is the inevitable choice for the reform of our country’s public library management system. This paper mainly elaborates the necessity and basic characteristics of the establishment of council system in libraries and the precautions that should be taken when implementing the system of council of library in our country. It shows the status quo of council system in domestic libraries and gives a prospect of its development.
