采用前瞻性随机方法将104例具育妊高征好发因素的孕妇分成2组,服药组(48例)服阿斯匹林,结果羊水过少发生率为12.5%,明显高于对照组。表明孕期服用阿斯匹林对羊水具有不良影响。
Forty-four pregnant women with developmental factors of pregnancy-induced hypertension were divided into two groups according to a prospective randomized method. The aspirin group (48 cases) received aspirin. The incidence of oligohydramnios was 12.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group. Indicating that taking aspirin during pregnancy has a negative impact on amniotic fluid.
