创伤直接作用于心肌如胸腔手术、心导管检查等引起的早搏,在临床上并不少见,而心脏以外的组织创伤所致的频发性房性早搏却不多见。我院曾遇到一例:患者,张××,女,36岁,住院号8200149。1982年1月8日以“车翻砸伤左足踝部,疼痛出血7小时”收住我院。患者既往身体健康,伤前无服药史,月经正常。
