自古以来,能够流芳百世的大科学家、发明家等成功人士中,女性非常少,但这并不能说明女子先天无能,事实上,许多研究表明,在一般智力上不存在性别差异,照理,男女成功的比例应大致相同。然而,为什么成功的女性人数远远低于男性呢?通往成功的道路总是布满荆棘的。影响女性成功的因素很多,但其中最重要的是心理因素,良好的心理是现代女性成功的关键,而不良的心理则是女性成功的最大障碍。
