为了进一步减轻钢丝网水泥的农船自重,改进农船的结构,我们对用于制造农船的钢丝网水泥的力学性能进行了试验研究,并由此提出强度及变形模数的计算方法。现分述于下。试验用500号硅酸盐水泥、北京河砂(其物理性能与筛析结果见表1及2);配筋材料用钢丝网与细钢筋,其规格和力学性能见表3和4。
In order to further reduce the self-weight of the ship and improve the structure of the ship, we studied the mechanical properties of the steel mesh cement used to make the ship, and proposed the calculation method of the strength and deformation modulus. It is described below. The test uses No. 500 Portland cement and Beijing River sand (the physical properties and the results of the sieve analysis are shown in Tables 1 and 2); the steel mesh and the fine steel bars used for reinforcing materials are shown in Tables 3 and 4 for the specifications and mechanical properties.
