Ⅰ、使用机器时要保証一定的較高的生产率、經济性及耐用性,这是土方工程机械化的基本要求,也是对建筑机械制造业的一个基本要求。但是,在很多时候,机器不能滿足这些要求,特別是使用寿命。关于机器的使用寿命这一概念,它包括一系列的質量要求,尚有待于进一步探討,这些質量要求是为了机器能安全无故障地进行工作、保持一定的生产率及完成預定的技术任务而制訂的。制訂和貫徹这些質量要求,是科学研究中相当复杂的間題,华沙建設机械化与組織研究院(NOMB)将它作为一項經常的研究任务。
I. When using the machine, certain high productivity, economy and durability must be ensured. This is the basic requirement for mechanization of earthworks, and it is also a basic requirement for construction machinery manufacturing. However, in many cases, the machine cannot meet these requirements, especially the service life. With regard to the concept of the service life of a machine, it includes a series of quality requirements that have yet to be further explored. These quality requirements are designed to enable machines to work safely, maintain a certain level of productivity, and accomplish predetermined technical tasks. . Formulating and implementing these quality requirements is a very complex issue in scientific research. The Warsaw Institute of Construction Mechanization and Organization (NOMB) has used it as a regular research task.
