员工对组织的信任是组织信任研究中的焦点之一,以往研究很少针对中国背景下组织信任因素结构进行系统分析。本文应用自行编制的组织信任因素调查问卷,经过项目搜集、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,表明中国背景下的组织信任因素为八维度结构:公正公平、和谐气氛、规范管理、职业安全、组织发展、履行承诺、个人发展、公开开放。该研究结果为研究者进一步探讨中国员工对组织的信任提供一个可使用的工具。
Staff’s trust in organizations is one of the focuses of organizational trust research. In the past, seldom systematic analysis of organizational trust factors in China was conducted. This article uses self-prepared questionnaire of organizational trust factors, through project collection, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, shows that the organizational trust factor under the background of China is an eight-dimensional structure: fair and equitable, harmonious atmosphere, standardized management, occupational safety, Organizational development, fulfillment of commitments, personal development, openness and openness. The findings provide a useful tool for researchers to further explore the Chinese staff’s trust in the organization.
