拓展训练教学侧重于从心理和社会适应性层面去进行课程内容的设计,从而实现体育课程“健康第一”的“三维”教学目标。这种教学模式是对传统体育教学中侧重于生理层面教学目标培养的改革。在中职学校开展拓展训练模式的体育教学主要是培养人的信任、领导力、执行力、团队意识、沟通能力等,同时还能够缓解学生的学习压力,提高学生的自我约束力、抗挫能力等心理品质。这也是常说的人才素质27项软能力的主要体现。
