我院从1977年3月～1987年3月,采用中西医结合治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)150例,现总结如下:一般资料肩周炎患者150例中住院100例,门诊50例;女120例,男30例;年龄35～40岁40例,41～50岁100例,51岁以上10例;病程7天～4周30例,1个月～1年42例,2～3年70例,3年以上8例;随访2个月～3年。治疗方法随机将150例分成三组,每组50例。西医组;口服强的松,每日3次,每次10mg,共6天;继服消炎痛,每日3次,每次25mg,共2周;其间佐以醋酸强的松龙12.5mg 加入1%普鲁卡因液约2ml 作局部封闭,每周1次,共4次,30天为1疗程。中医组:辨证施治,对寒凝经脉,气滞血瘀者,治以活血化瘀,温经散寒,方用活络效灵丹(丹参、当归、乳香、没药)或合用当归四逆汤去当归(桂枝、白芍、细辛、木通、甘草、大枣)每日1剂,文火煎服2次。年老
