为寻找一种创伤小、简便、无合并症、效果好、可复性好的女性绝育术,我们对383例妇女施行了腹腔镜YAG 激光绝育术,有效率99.5％,报道如下。一、对象与资料1989年4月至1991年7月行腹腔镜激光绝育术383例,受术者均有子女2人以上,年龄21～40岁,平均28.8岁,妇科检查均正常。施术时间:卵泡期121例,黄体期120例,哺乳期131例,人工流产术后(14～20天)6例,不详5例。全部除外腹腔镜术禁忌证。二、方法采用奥林巴斯腹腔镜,北京机电部十一所产 JY-C型 Nd:YAG 激光手术刀(简称激光),以0.5％利多卡因15～20ml 局麻及0.5％地卡因10ml 输卵管表面喷
To find a small trauma, simple, non-complication, and effective, reproducible female sterilization, we performed laparoscopic YAG laser sterilization of 383 women, the efficiency of 99.5%, reported as follows.
