为满足节能减排和供电安全可靠的需求,构建了计及排放约束和输电约束的电力市场竞争模型,研究了双重约束条件下电力市场的均衡问题,分析了策略性发电方的博弈行为,利用耦合制约博弈的分析方法,并采用处罚函数,将具有限制条件的均衡问题转化为带有处罚函数的无约束均衡问题,分析求解电力市场的纳什均衡解,并通过算例进行了验证。结果表明,该模型合理、有效。
In order to meet the demand of energy conservation, emission reduction and power supply safety and reliability, a competition model of electricity market that includes emission constraints and transmission constraints is constructed. The equilibrium problem of electricity markets under dual constraints is studied. The game behavior of strategic power generators is analyzed. Coupled control game analysis method, and using the penalty function, the equilibrium problem with the constraints is transformed into an unconstrained equilibrium problem with a penalty function. The Nash equilibrium solution of the power market is analyzed and solved, and verified by an example. The result shows that the model is reasonable and effective.
