本文报道应用放射免疫测定法对18例正常育龄妇女月经周期血清中黄体化激素、促卵泡成熟激素、雌二醇、孕酮四种激素进行测定。所得结果有以下特点:LH峰值为滤泡期平均水平的6倍余;FSH峰与LH峰发生于同一天;E_2第Ⅰ峰一般出现于LH峰的前一天,E_2第Ⅱ峰出现于黄体期,较宽,与孕酮峰相印,均于月经来潮前二日下降。这些测定值对研究避孕药物对人体的作用及妇科月经疾患的诊断、治疗、预后均有极重要意义。
This article reports the use of radioimmunoassay 18 normal women of childbearing age menstrual cycle serum luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, estradiol, progesterone were measured in four hormones.
