满山白糖浆,荣获1984年全国医药优质产品奖,采用地产满山白的叶,嫩枝,水煎,浓缩,提炼之后,测其含量,制成味甜、微苦涩的含糖制剂。满山白是杜鹃科杜鹃属植物毛果杜鹃的俗称,主要分布于我省建阳、建瓯、南平等地,因其成片生长满布山坡,花白色,故名。本品性味甘酸平,具有健脾化湿,清肃肺气等功效,民间用于治疗慢性喘咳及带下病。其主要有效成分为黄酮类(如槲皮甙、金丝桃甙等)及三帖类。经大白鼠毛细管虹吸气管分泌物法进行祛痰测定;对猫腹腔注射测定镇咳情况;结果表明均有明显祛痰、止咳作用。临床验证用于慢性支气管炎所致咳、痰、喘等
