我们用Wistar种大白鼠和BALB/C种小白鼠分别以醋酸法、25℃水浴法和利血平法制造胃溃疡和胃坏死灶模型,用组织学及组织化学方法对甘草锌的药理作用进行了形态学的对比观察。醋酸致胃溃疡动物模型在术后第14天时,自然修复率为20~33%,而用甘草锌连续灌胃(26mg~52mg/kg bw,Bid)12天,于第14天观察时,其修复率达60~66%,表明甘草锌确有使溃疡加快修复的作用。甘草锌能使某些细胞的核酸增多,从而增强细胞的蛋白合成能力和分裂繁殖的能力,并能促进纤维成分和小血管增生,减轻炎症反应,在水浴应激和利血平诱发胃溃疡的实验中,表示出甘草锌有一定的抗应激和抗炎反应的作用。
We used Wistar mice and BALB/C mice to make models of gastric ulcer and gastric necrosis with acetic acid, water bath at 25°C, and reserpine, respectively. The pharmacological effects of zinc licorice were evaluated by histological and histochemical methods. A comparative observation of morphology. In the experiment, it was shown that licorice zinc has certain anti-stress and anti-inflammatory effects.
