相对于传统的总结性评价,形成性评价(Formative Evaluation)是一种被证明能促进学生学习的有效策略。形成性评价环是在形成性评价理论基础上,设计并构建的一种涵盖学生学习过程及教师教学过程优化的考核流程。在简要回顾现有研究及文献后,将介绍新型的形成性评价环模型。接着,以《商业计划实战》的课程教学为例,介绍形成性评价环工作模型在《商业计划实战》课程中的应用,以及在教学实践中所遇到的问题和反思。
Formative Evaluation is an effective strategy that has been shown to facilitate students’ learning as opposed to the traditional summative assessment. The Formative Evaluation Ring is a kind of assessment process that covers the process of students ’learning and teachers’ teaching process design and construction based on formative evaluation theory. After a brief review of existing research and literature, a new formative evaluation loop model will be introduced. Then, taking the course of “business plan actual combat” as an example, this paper introduces the application of the working model of formative evaluation in the “actual business plan” course as well as the problems and reflections encountered in teaching practice.
