乳牙脱落、恒牙萌出是一个可预计的正常生理过程。与此有关的儿童年龄和发育标准,已经由许多研究者确定。然而,有许多因素可阻止或促进恒牙的萌出,甚至严重影响正常的萌出顺序。尤其是乳牙因牙槽脓肿而过早拔除或脱落,会明显地影响恒牙萌出的时间。本文中5例因患牙槽脓肿继而乳牙早失的病例,都导致了继承恒牙的早萌,证实了前磨牙早前的临床意义。乳磨牙的根尖脓肿及随之而来的牙槽骨吸收。乳牙过早拔除或脱落可以引起不良的临床后果。例如尖牙或前磨牙的异位萌出或阻生、牙弓长度不足、萌出顺序紊乱等等。
Deciduous teeth, eruption of permanent teeth is a predictable normal physiological processes. The relevant child age and developmental criteria have been identified by many researchers. However, there are many factors that can prevent or promote the eruption of permanent teeth, and even seriously affect the normal order of eruption. In particular, deciduous teeth due to alveolar abscess and early removal or loss, will significantly affect the time of eruption of permanent teeth. In this paper, 5 cases of alveolar abscess followed by early loss of deciduous cases, have led to the early adorable permanent teeth, confirmed the clinical significance of the premolar earlier. Apex abscess of the molars and ensuing alveolar bone resorption. Premature deciduous teeth or shedding can cause adverse clinical consequences. Such as canine or premolar ectopic eruption or impaction, dental arch length is not enough, eruption order disorder and so on.
