众所周知,每个大学生掌握英语语言的能力不尽相同。成功的英语学习者善于把所学知识应用于交际中,积极寻找各种机会运用所学语言。不成功者只停留在语言基础知识的掌握上,不愿意用所学语言来交际。究其原因,除了遗传因素、教育背景、生活经历等方面的因素造成的差异外,认知方式差异也是导致大学生英语语言能力存在差距的重要原因。本文从认知角度出发,研究大学生英语语言的差异性,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。
As we all know, each college student’s ability to master the English language varies. Successful English learners are adept at applying what they have learned in communication and are actively looking for opportunities to use the language they have learned. Unsuccessful people only stay in the mastery of the basic knowledge of language, do not want to use the language to communicate. The reason, in addition to genetic factors, educational background, life experience and other factors caused by the differences, the differences in cognitive styles is also leading to the gap between English language ability of college students an important reason. This article from the cognitive point of view, the study of college English differences in the language, hoping to play a valuable role.
