脉冲燃烧热水器结构参数的优化组合对其燃烧性能有决定性影响。对于各种不同的结构组合,过剩空气系数α均随热负荷Q的增加而减小,一氧化碳CO排放率在Q的某一运行区段接近于零,但超过这区段就急剧增加,如图1所示。当α减小时,CO排放率直线升高,但脉冲燃烧热水器的热效率将增大,反之亦然。
The optimal combination of structural parameters of the pulsed combustion heater has a decisive influence on its combustion performance. For various structural combinations, the excess air coefficient α decreases with the increase of the heat load Q. The CO emission rate of the carbon monoxide is close to zero in a certain operating zone of Q, but increases sharply beyond this zone, as shown in the figure. 1 shows. When α decreases, the CO emission rate rises linearly, but the thermal efficiency of the pulsed combustion water heater will increase, and vice versa.
