当今世界,信息化战争条件下的体系对抗,已集中表现为国家整体实力为基础的体系对抗。北斗系统作为我国的天基PNT基础设施,其发展建设外应积极开展规则标准、频率资源、兼容互操作、系统安全和应用市场等方面的合作交流,为持续推进应用发展奠定良好的战略环境,其中标准规则是影响北斗应用规模、应用效能和装备费效比的重要基础性工作,本文重点阐述了北斗系统在发展过程中应统一的各类标准。
In today’s world, system confrontation under the conditions of information warfare has focused on system confrontation based on the overall strength of the country. As the space-based PNT infrastructure in our country, BeiDou system should actively carry out cooperation and exchange in rules and standards, frequency resources, compatible interoperation, system security and application market, and lay a sound strategic environment for the continuous application development. Among them, the standard rules are the important basic work that affects the application scale, application efficiency and equipment cost efficiency ratio of Beidou. This article focuses on the various standards that should be unified during the development of BeiDou system.
