课改至今,不少教师在新课改中转变原有教学理念和实践新的教学方法,教师们主动重新思考数学课堂教学的效率含义,注重提高课堂中数学教与学两方面的效率。怎样让教师和学生通过教与学,使最多数的学生在数学教学的知识和能力、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观等方面获得更好的发展呢?以下结合本人几年来实践新课程的经历,谈谈自己在初中数学课堂上提高教学有效性进行的探索实践与反思。
Since the curriculum reform, many teachers have changed their original teaching concepts and practiced new teaching methods in the new curriculum reform. Teachers take the initiative to rethink the efficiency meaning of mathematics classroom teaching and focus on improving the efficiency of mathematics teaching and learning in the classroom. How to let teachers and students through teaching and learning, so that the largest number of students in mathematics teaching knowledge and ability, process and method, emotional attitude and values and so on to get better development? The following combination of my experience in a few years to practice the new curriculum , Talk about their own practice in junior high school mathematics classroom to improve the effectiveness of teaching exploration and reflection.
