(二)底架强度底架,除了承受乘客和附属设备等均布载荷以及车身自重的作用外,还承受悬架吊耳作用的支反力。当车辆在不平路面上行驶时,诸支反力呈非对称状态,使底架产生扭转,同时在底架纵横梁吊耳处造成很大的局部弯矩,导致该部位早期开裂、开焊。在本文中,因为主要构件系采用方管,内力和应力间有简单的换算关系,为了便于统计和更改设计起见,故用内力计算结果来论述车身的强度状态。
