大连建新公司于1947至1950年期间,曾留用了一批日籍技术人员,利用他们的一技之长,为我兵工生产服务。由于战争刚刚结束,留用的日籍技术人员思想情况相当复杂,大连建新公司有针对性地做好他们的思想工作,注重团结和教育他们为大连建新公司服务。经过一段时间做工作,留用日籍技术人员打破保守主义,积极主动贡献自身的技术,为大连建新公司恢复生产和解决技术难题做出了重大贡献。
During the period 1947 to 1950, Dalian Jianxin Company retained a group of Japanese technicians and used their skills to serve our military production. Since the war was over, the thinking of the retained Japanese technicians was rather complicated. Dalian Jianxin Company did their ideological work in a targeted manner and focused on uniting and educating them to serve Dalian Jianxin Company. After a period of time working, leaving Japanese technicians to break down conservatism and voluntarily contribute their own technology has made a significant contribution to the resumption of production and resolution of technical problems in Dalian Jianxin Company.
